Motions must be phrased as follows:
Debate will be open for four days. The Prime Minister or the Leader of the House may motion for division. If no motion for division is made, debate will be closed.
A No Confidence Motion in the government will always proceed to division. It may not be moved if there has been such a motion in the last six months. The President may ask the Prime Minister to demonstrate the confidence of the House in his government whereupon there shall be a similar motion and a debate followed by a vote.
